FAQ
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Haunts are open from 6:00p.m. – 10:00p.m. on select weekend nights.
CAN I CARRY A SMALL CHILD THRU THE ATTRACTIONS?
Sorry, but in case you are to trip and fall you are not allowed to carry small children on the Trail of Terror or thru Sensturbia. The height limit is to ensure that other customers or actors do not accidentally overlook your small children and step on them.
HOW IS THE TERRAIN?
The Trail of Terror and Sensturbia are both very strenuous activities! There are natural and man-made hindrances that may cause you to lose your footing. Do Not Run! Therefore, we don't recommend these attractions for anyone with a bad: Back, Leg, Ankle or Foot, or Anyone that is extremely out of shape or pregnant! Everyone must sign a Release Form before walking the Trail of Terror.
HOW LONG IS THE TRAIL OF TERROR?
The trail is a very strenuous quarter mile approx. walk through the woods with lots of natural and man-made hindrances that may cause you to lose your footing. Do Not Run!
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Leashed pets are only allowed around the general farm areas, they are not allowed in the haunts or in the corn maize at night.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
SEE THE HOME PAGE AND PURCHASE TICKETS LINKS.
WHAT IF I AM TOO SCARED TO FINISH?
WE DID OUR JOB. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. SAME GOES IF YOU BUY A COMBO TICKET PACKAGE AND DO NOT USE ALL OF YOUR TICKETS BECAUSE YOU RUN OUT OF TIME BEFORE WE CLOSE. EITHER COME BACK ANOTHER NIGHT TO DO THE OTHER ATTRACTIONS OR IF THE SEASON IS OVER THEN YOU FORFEIT THOSE TICKETS THEY WILL NOT BE VALID THE NEXT YEAR. IF YOU ARE DOING A COMBO PACKAGE YOU SHOULD GET HERE BEFORE 8:00PM. IF YOU BUY ONLINE TICKETS AND DO NOT USE THEM WE DO NOT REFUND THOSE EITHER, EVEN IF IT RAINS ON THE NIGHT YOU PLANNED TO COME, THEY ARE VALID FOR ANY OF THE OTHER NIGHTS OF THE SEASON.
WHAT CAN I BRING?
We allow guests to bring lawn hairs and coolers with food & drinks to the private fire-pit areas. We also have a concession stand for guests. There are wagons available for you to borrow to use to haul stuff from your car to the fire pit areas and back, or you may bring your own wagon. You are not allowed to drive to the fire-pit areas or bring ATVs or Golf Carts.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located just outside of Memphis, TN and just south of Hernando, MS. The farm is located at 008 Love Road, Hernando, MS 38632.
DO WE NEED TO PRINT OUR ONLINE TICKETS?
While, we recommend printing off your tickets, we can also scan your online tickets directly from your smartphone. You must check-in at the admissions barn when you arrive and scan in your online tickets and get physical passes for the attractions. You can not go directly to a haunt with online tickets.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
No. However, a good rule of thumb is: How do you feel about bringing your child to a PG-13 movie? The age limit is left to the discretion of the parent (s). However, the Trail of Terror and Sensturbia do have a height minimum requirement of 48". Unfortunately, we don't allow the child to be carried and and a child under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket. The Zombie Target Shoot and Corn Maize are not haunted and are recommended for all ages. Smaller children may go on the Haunted Hayride with their parents but we don't recommend it for children under 10.
CAN WE GO THROUGH TWICE?
If you buy another ticket you can.

YES, 10 - 19 people $.50 off per ticket, 20 - 29 people $1.00 off per ticket, 30 - 39 people $1.50 off per ticket & 40+ people $2.00 off per ticket. One payment must be made for the entire group in order to get the group rate. WHAT IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION OR I AM PREGNANT?
We do not recommend people with health conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnant to go through the haunts. We suggest calling or emailing your Physician to discuss the situation with them, if you are concerned. We just want everyone to have a safe time. All of the nighttime attractions except for the Corn Maize, may have Loud Noises, Bright Flashing Lights and other Startle Effects may be present. The Haunted Hayride and Flashlight Corn Maize are wheel-chair accessible (keep in mind the paths in the maze are just dirt and the parking lot is a pasture). The Trail of Terror and Sensturbia are not wheelchair accessible. The main bathrooms and Dining Areas are wheel chair accessible as well as the fire-pits, but you will have to cross, grass and gravel to get to these areas. The farm is not paved but many visit with wheel-chairs each season, we strive to make it enjoyable for all.
HOW LONG ARE THE LINES?
Typically, the only two nights that the lines become very long are the last two Saturday nights of October, right before Halloween. Friday nights are typically much slower than Saturday nights. The closer you come to opening time, the shorter the wait. We do offer a Fast Pass that offers a much shorter wait time. If you come on a busy night and you are not one of the first in line for the Haunted Hayride and you have tickets for other attractions, do all other attractions first and save the Hayride for last, this attraction stays open the latest.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash. No personal checks!
DO YOU CHARGE FOR PARKING?
No.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO JUST WAIT or HANG OUT AT A FIRE-PIT?
No. After 5:00 PM, there is no general admission fee to the farm. We have a public fire-pit, playground, gift shops & concessions for those who don't want to participate in the haunted and other nighttime attractions.
IS THERE SECURITY?
Yes.
ARE COSTUMES ALLOWED?
Yes, but character masks are not allowed at the farm except for our actors of course.
ARE PHOTOS, VIDEOS ALLOWED ON HAUNTS?
NO. In fact, if you are caught using your phone or a camera, you may be asked to leave. This is strictly enforced. However, we do allow phones and flashlights in the Corn Maize.
ARE YOU OPEN DURING RAIN?
If there is just a little rain we usually will remain open. We will however close due to heavy rain. We will only refund private fire-pit rentals if we close due to the weather, not if you just decide you do not want to attend because it is wet and/or cold. We do not refund tickets due to weather, you may use them on another night that season. Tickets will not be good for the next year.
WILL THE ACTORS TOUCH ME?
No. Actors will not touch you. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur. If you are unable to find your way, an actor may help you at times.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Long pants and a jacket. It may not be cold out but a tractor ride can get breezy. We also highly recommend closed toe shoes, no flip flops or high heels. If it has rained recently you may consider rain boots especially for the Corn Maize.
CAN WE TOUCH THE ACTORS?
NO! Do not tear up our props either!
CAN I BE DENIED ACCESS?
Yes. We have security, and we do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone who might appear intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances and ask you to leave. Please follow our rules, and use good judgement.
